When will I receive my package?

If you order from our ready to ship section your order will be sent out within 7 to 10 BUSINESS days placing your order. 

What if I ordered something custom or not in the ready to ship section?

Due to the handmade nature of all of our products and COVID-19, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. After your order is shipped we are no longer responsible for it. If you receive broken or damaged goods please contact us immediately.

Does Luxe Stoner ship internationally?

YES! Luxe Stoner does ship internationally! Please allow up to 41 days for your order to reach you after it's been processed and shipped.
